I'm staying close to the purported or calculated amount of calories, yet I need to grasp and prepare for less carbs. I am calculating in red wine. ..then my snacks are counted. Sleep, I need to embrace it. Going to measure my body, maybe some of that has changed. I feel empowered, happier just getting to know what I'm doing, nutrition wise, with this site. I love it!
182.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
