I am pissed off at myself. No discipline. The whole weekend was just a celebration of gluttony. I am back on my better WOE so far today, and will do my best to stick to it. If I want to pig out, I will make myself a hot tea instead.

Teresa, I made a loaf of gluten free bread . . . my first. I ATE it. Needless to say, I'm right there with you. I have the tea pot at the ready. At least we have someplace to confess our sins and get back on track. Sending love!

Thanks, Stef and Jo! I do love tea... a British breakfast tea with a little low-fat milk and a packet of Truvia. It's a benign treat. It does feel good to confess my sins here and have you precious buddies encourage me to do better. I am going to my friend's house for what is usually our BBQ night, but I think I'll take myself a bowl of homemade stew instead. Hope y'all have had a lovely day!
