Good workout this morning. I did the elliptical stepper for 45 minutes. No knee pain! I was pretty careful and didn't push too hard.
Except for the Friday night binge I followed the diet fairly well during the weekend. Net gain of one pound, which is discouraging, but not so bad considering the significant Friday night lapse.
