Oh shoot, I missed logging in for the challenge. I never have followed thru on a challenge well.
I did not do well Saturday. Started out with a breakfast at a local greasy spoon diner. Then snacked on toffee bits leftover from Christmas. Then went out again last night and had pear cobbler with ice cream.
I've been feeling really tired lately. The refined carb load is probably what's doing it to me. Can I get a grip over it today? I must try.
