Yesterday was tough, being a cleanse day. Husband made roasted chicken that filled the house with such a tantalizing scent and all I could possibly think was... MMMMMM... chicken breast with lemon sauce, french beans and rosemary roasted potatoes and it really wouldn't be all that if not served with a nicely chilled glass of white wine! Just saying!

Okā€”back to reality. Back to protein shake and shrimp and salad tonight with lime flavoured water (this I will have in a wine glass and draw on my creative vision to pretend it's wine! LOL)

Check in tomorrow until then all have a fantabulous day, and remember to spread your awesomeness around... someone could use it!
