Today I did not get up early to walk... Way too sore after last nights 1st kick boxing class. Was hard but I just loved it!!!!!
Today is 1st day of cleanse for this week. Thursday is cleanse and my first meal will be Friday evening so I am looking forward to hopefully dropping a few pounds over the next few days.
