Odd... I had low calorie intake yesterday and did a 1 hour 4.5k power walk and the scale went up???? Oh well guess the fat is hanging in for a few days and it will let go when ready! ONWARDS....
220.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
