Weighed in tonight, my weight was even. No loss, no gain. I did weigh in at night, instead of morning, which usually makes a difference. Also, I think I might need to be eating more veggies and less protein. I ate less protein at the beginning of my diet, when I lost 5 lbs. I've eaten a lot more protein this last weekend, and less veggies. I'll focus on more veggies, and a little less protein. The hardest thing is that I'm not really getting enough calories to be healthy. I'm averaging 600-700 calories a day. How much should I up it?
