At least the salt is flushed out now. I started getting hungry late last night but had a hot chocolate instead of foraging for snacks. That had more calories than I needed, but it was filling and made me sleepy, so I went to bed at a reasonable hour for a change.
Went on a brisk walk in the sparkling sunshine this morning. The temps went from about 75 yesterday to 41 this morning. Feel great. But I have to see the dentist again to fill the hole in this crown made by the root canal last week. I dread the cost more than the discomfort.
1:50pm Had a reasonable lunch of soup and stuffed grape leaves with feta after my dental appt. My wallet is $850 lighter.
