Weigh in at Chemotherapy appointment still on the rise. I hate steroids! Am hoping that after last chemo treatment i will be able to drop some of this weight.

I am so glad that i am coming to the end of chemo therapy. It will l mean an end to the steroids that have exacerbated my weight gain. I can't blame all of the gain on the steroids though as I was told even before i began the steroids that I should eat whatever I wanted because they don't want me to lose any weight. Downside of chemo is lack of energy so i am eating and not getting much exercise.

Last treatment is dec 14 so i will be able to start the firs of the year heavy hitting the fitness train!

195.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
