I finally saw a drop on the "Idiot Box" that was consistent so I am logging it today. I am just glad to see movement down.
I will be on my long business trip in about three weeks, and I hope to hit my new low before the trip - I am very close now, so YAY!
I lost weight during my last trip because the venue has a great gym, and I have a refrigerator in my room.
Kicked butt at the gym this morning - off the medicine and back to almost "normal." Also, tweaked up the protein and fiber slightly but keeping my net carbs under 20 grams.
Words of the Week: "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration." I am dedicated, determined and diligent.

Hooray for you! I have noticed the older I got the more fluctuations on my "idiot box" too! I usually wait for three or four consistent numbers, then I record. Hope you meet your goal!
