That's a nice drop! Are you transition(ed)(ing) into maintenance mode?

Yippie for maintenance. So, interesting thing happened to me. I weighted in 2 lb heavier after not eating much yesterday and dancing all night! ALL i can think of is inflammation water retention from the dancing. We for sure go up and down . I think as long as we know we are eating right it's normal. Getting use to it is hard though.

No worries, fluctuations are part of the maintenance game.

Yay! Maintenance is a different mental game, definitely. In theory, I'd still like to lose a little more, but my body seems to like 133ish so much, I'm kind of happy to just stay there

Writingwyo-hubs would like me to put on about 10-15 pounds and hes not wrong but i feel better here. Im trying to control my ocd tendency to daily weigh and the thought that 128 sounds like would feel even better (way too small for me rationally). But for the fact that my face looks too thin under 135 i think i would cave and go down that small. Lighter feels better walking, doing squats, lunges pretty much everything. It’s fantastic that you feel happy. Im happy-ish😂

John10251 i know that but still find it annoying. Go under goal weight no biggie go over so vexing. Yeesh.

Jenjabba probably. I had a 1000 calorie day recently and went up 1.6 pounds but was gone next day so assuming sodium. Hadn’t considered inflammation. I agree with you. Hard to get used to. Hugs friend
