I know I should be happy that the weight is coming off; but I’m starting to get frustrated that it’s happening so slowly. ☹️
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel and I get it. But something you have to keep in mind. Is that people who lose it too quickly. A lot of times end up with a look they don't really want. The skinny fat look or even worse loose skin. The idea is really to gradually lose fat and replace it with muscle. Recomping what you have and making it look how you want. Just some food for thought.
