week 25 day 4- Yesterday was a grand day. I started out by doing water aerobics- my social anxiety almost talked myself outta going... the ladies were friendly and accepting so idk why I worried so bad. Once my oldest son came home from summer school, he had therapy. After he was done I'm like "we can't stay in the house any longer, we gotta do something with these kids"they were hyper and slowly destroying the work we put into cleaning... Oliver, my oldest, forgot to take his ADHD meds.... and it showed. We went on a 2 hr hike at a state park we have never been to before. WOW 😲 the only thing bugging me was the blister forming on my feet, and occasional round ligament pain (should have worn my maternity belt) we get halfway thru the loop and then back tracked. Now a goal of mine is to make it thru the whole thing one day, which is 6 miles for the smaller one.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's good you got away from home and got the kids doing something as they are even worse than us about needing to get away from the every day stuff.
