About every 3-4 days my system flushes and the weight loss appears. I am hoping as I increase my fiber this becomes less extreme. But am very happy that I am showing results. Because of high Triglycerides, I am on a powerful medication and strict 1500 cal a day diet.
263.1 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
