no change Thank God it didn't go up 👆 after I had pancake and syrup cup with chicken tenders as a meal yesterday and fasted about 12hr had a snack and fasted until 1am about 16hr fasted because I ate so much on the one meal I was trying to not even have a snack it's OK though at least I drank a gallon of water and ain't up in weight.....still feeling like crap...
