slept 6hrs last night, had alot sodium as usual and drank about a gallon and half of water so I am still bloated some plus no bowel movement for 4days . other than that I'm doing OK trying to get my leg to not hurt as much but no luck with that. did get to do some walking around at home and chair exercises so that is better than nothing.

Maybe you could try eating some fruits or veggies or herbs as some of them are natural diuretics and get rid of sodium quicker than drinking water like bananas, asparagus, avocado, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, peppers, garlic, onions, celery, lemons, cucumbers, pineapple, berries, radishes, ginger, parsley, etc . Or even green or black tea or hibiscus tea. It's what I do when I have gotten too much salt. It would also help the pain in your leg. Good luck!

Bless your heart…4 days? Maybe try to increase a fat you enjoy like coconut oil, EVOO, or avocado 🥑 oil. Increased fat helps keep me regular.

Maybe eat some avocado 🥑. It’s high in good fat and fiber.
