Well, I feel fairly fortunate to keep my total weight gain to less than three pounds while on vacation. It's amazing how quickly you can get to 2900 calories when you're eating at restaurants. The challenge is to get back on track now that vacation is over. That's not getting off to a great start as I went to bed at 9:00 p.m. last night and woke up at 1:00 a.m. I want to get to the gym today for the first time in over two weeks, but I fear my sleep schedule may be irreparably damaged.
