So on my journey had to switch from ketovore to carnivore with intermittent fasting, and I feel so much better with carbs and sugar out of my life for good. I'll do a 2 meal day 12-14 hours apart then after the second meal I'll fast for 24 hours no snacking in-between meals and I'm not hungry at all. the proper human diet is good for me, It's a life changer.
