My first week trying to lose weight and i have gained 2 lbs. 😟
183.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont let it get to you. There will always be a period of adjustment for the human body, that even medical health will tell you "It's different for everybody". So get back on the trail and keep moving forward.

Try to weigh yourself always the first thing in the morning. I fluctuate 3 lbs on the same day so I only now look at the first weigh in number after I wake up. 😁
