I cannot believe that I am down to 117. I followed the diet very well, and when I did not, I made comparable choices, i.e. instead of a veggie burger, I had 4 oz of fish and steamed veggies. Also, for some reason I always lose the most during cycle 2. I dont think cycle 2 is like magic or anything, I think its just that cycle 1 kind of detoxes my body and gets it ready to shed pounds, and then cycle two I see a dramatic drop in weight...so I dunno. :-)
