Things have really been taking off with my weight loss. It took me about 3 months to finally get the momentum, understand and discipline to really get the ball rolling. God is good guys.

I can tell I started putting on muscle at the same time so I think that’s why the weight wasn’t dropping for a bit. Either way I’m starting to see changes and feel ALOT better already. Plus I’ve been able to make most of my meals really clean so I’m not drained throughout the day like I used to be. We can do this! 🔥 💪🏽 ⏳
204.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
