So maybe this gain has to do with the huge amount of food I had at our thanksgiving feast Wednesday. Or maybe it also has to do with how late I ate last night and the amount of chicken I ate (I'm pretty sure there was a lot more calories than fatsecret says).
This is the end of the third week of me recording all of my food. Next week I'll be trying to actively keep my calories below a certain level. In the past I've done 1200 and it's worked out great for me, but I feel like I should start a little bit higher so I have less room for failure. :x
