Been very busy this last week and didn't MAKE time to log my food and it shows! Didn't eat anything forbidden but didn't eat WELL!! I have to get it through my head that I NEED to make time for ME! That means from planning food, logging activity to taking care of me so I can be the best ME!! So much easier said than done!
