Thanks to the worse case of stomach virus I've ever endured I lost 2 lbs. Here's hoping I come down with another case and lose another couple more pounds to get me closer to my goal weight. Yay.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb. Still to go: 31.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
