I was surprised to learn that Krystal burgers have 130 calories each. That didn't seem too bad. So we had a craving at 10 last night and caved in to a couple of them. Mr Coco needed something to wake up his lazy colon and that probably did the trick.

I'm smiling Coco... I never heard of a burger waking up a colon! Usually fiber does that... and there is no fiber in those! Everyone has to find their way though. I pretty much gave up burgers except an occasional one on the weekend. They are not my 1st choice anymore. If I have to do fast food... often I go for the Wendy's Chili... about 220 calories and maybe more filling than a small burger. Sometimes I keep those lunch meals lighter, with the purpose that I know I will graze some during the afternoon. It works for me! Have a great weekend!
