I don't understand how I can go 2 weeks with no loss and then in 4 or 5 days drops pounds like this.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's awesome! I really hope that's where I'm headed, as its been a rough few weeks on the scale even though I've been doing the work! I say take it where you can get it! ;-)
