Weekend eating used to always mess me up. Instead I am doing really well because I am keeping my goal in mind. Even my husband went out with friends and messed up but I did not follow in the same footsteps because I am tired of the back and forth. I can pig out when I am skinny...lol. until then...I am dieting.
