Very challenging week! My goal is to just stay active & watch my calorie intake. I started this journal in June of last year at 194 lbs...I'm happy to see progress!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
