I am actually following WW 100%, but I'm not eating enough. so my goal is to put in more calories but good calories. I eat reasonably well mostly well now, but could improve on variety.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
