Day 5. So another fast day under the belt and it went well no cheating one meal only plus 6 almonds, lots of green tea and water and me wishing I had discovered this method years ago. Good workout at the gym this morning where I tried the MM intensive bike training for the first time. Im going to do that three times a week on top of all the other things I do as the science behind it seems to make really good sense. All in all this diet/lifestyle has been easy, Ive made a couple of friendships through here to share this journey, Im going to be 100%honest in my successes and failures and Im going to succeed and lost this weight and keep it off and be healthier and fitter than Ive ever been - not bad for an old bloke.
