This is my official weight for the New Year...204 pounds.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cindy how wonderful that you have lost another person. I like your tip. Couldn't comment on it as I don't do Atkins, but don't hold that against me. Bren

Atkins is a good program if followed by the books! I like a modified ketogenic diet myself where I eat my starches/grains before and after workouts and for breakfast then its nothing but fruit, veggies, lean meats, whey protein and nuts for rest of the day.
