The weight appears to be coming off slower, despite same calorie restriction. Been very consistent. At least I know I'm still consuming a lot less than I'm burning. I think water weight is likely to blame. I feel I visibly look smaller.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
