I am actually surprised to see any loss this week. Saturday, we had a family event 2 hrs from home at a family member's restaurant which literally serves ONLY pizza. Tuesday, a different family member invited me over and cooked me dinner, which turned out to be mostaccoli...I've tried to keep it relatively low carb Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday to recover... I know I'm "doomed" today, but starting tomorrow, I'll just have to drop my carb intake until I start to see the scales move again. I'm determined to prevent detours from becoming derailments.
