I start off okay, but as the day wears on my resistance wears down. I should remember to take my fish oil supplement. Maybe I need extra vitamin D since it's been gloomy outside.

Thanks, buddies! I'm feeling motivated now that I'm back home from our Thanksgiving trip. We managed to get rid of all our leftovers. Hallelujah. I do have to run the leftovers gauntlet at my mom and dad's house this afternoon, but I feel confident I can choose wisely.
