After feeling so bad 2 nights ago, I didn't feel like eating too much last night, so I had a cup of Fage yogurt, fresh cherries, and pistachios. Still had a headache in the middle of the night, but not as bad as before so I was able to go back to sleep. Feel pretty good this morning.
Talked to our daughter last night and she's on low-dose Adderall. Said it helped her feel more motivated to get out of bed early and get things done yesterday. I hate that she's on a stimulant, but maybe it will prevent her from losing her job.
I got up at 6 bc it will be another busy day at mom's and working in my office. My house is a mess right now and it's driving me crazy. At least the weather is gorgeous -- sunny and cool.
