Overworked and very sleep deprived and tired. My dog has been sick, and we haven't been walking. The weather isn't quite as rainy, but it still has been a gloomy spring.
I have started snacking late at night and that needs to stop. I'm also getting to the point where I want to grab chocolate at the check-out counter when I go grocery shopping. A lot of my formerly good habits are falling by the wayside. At least I've managed to stay off the caffeine.
One good thing I've started doing lately is drinking a full glass of water with a half-lemon squeezed into it. It does seem to suppress my appetite, so maybe I should do that every time I start thinking about sweets and carbs.
