Taco salad for lunch, steak and sides for dinner along with a few beers. Fairly high sodium day.
Switch medications and gain a bit. Start lifting as heavy as I can tolerate at low reps and gain a bit. Eat a lot of food and sodium and gain a bit. Perhaps my 115 goal should be set aside and I should go back to my 135 goal of building lean mass up to that then cut to 115, if possible without losing muscle. I’d rather have muscles and look 115 than just hit a number and look as I do now.
Still having backaches and headaches from the one medicine. About mid day I have no choice but to stretch out in the recliner for relief. Half the day actually. I’m starting to like Supernatural so it’s not a big deal lol. I’ll have to take a nap today I’m sure since I didn’t sleep well and was awake an hour early.
