Watched the game at mom's with sis and 2 nieces dropped by after half-time. Went crazy on high-calorie snacks. It's catching up with me. Very gloomy day - endless sloppy rain. Don't feel like going to zumba but I will try to make myself go so that I'll feel better later.
12:30pm: I did make it to zumba and I feel much better. About to have a salad for lunch. Getting back on track today.
