Doing very well.

My meal pre-planning is keeping me on track - I just eat what I've already planned to eat the previous night. No thinking and no temptation.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1505 kcal Fat: 68.70g | Prot: 86.30g | Carb: 121.66g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, Fiber One Banana Muffin, instant coffee packets , hard boiled egg. Lunch: water, Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast, hard boiled egg, Fat Free Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette, Original Iceberg Garden Salad (Zip). Dinner: Brummel & Brown , Fiber One Banana Nut Muffin, Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned) , Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: water, hard boiled egg, nectarine, Organic Microwave Popcorn 94% Fat Free Unsalted. more...
