Hoo wee, I am so out of the habit of recording what I eat. I really need to get back on track with that. It's really important since I'm prone to grazing.
8:00pm: I managed to record everything I ate today, and it doesn't look that bad. I don't even feel hungry or like I'm craving anything really. So if I can just get to bed without snacking I'll be happy. Just a cup of hot tea should do the trick.
