I'm not going to make my 15 pounds by October 8th at this rate! Seems like every time I've upped my exercise I stall out and don't lose that week. I know it's good for toning me up but I hate not seeing the scale drop!!! Going to be more diligent on my water intake this week because I have been lax on that. Next week will be better!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes water is the key! I've been lax on that also, have to step it up ;-)

how much is "upped my exercise" ?? 'Cause every day 10-20 min's shouldn't mess w/ your progress...but if you are doing a 30-60 min workout 5-6 x's/wk you should be mindful of "upping your calories" a little too...so your body does not freak out. (at least that's what I have to do).
