Day 8 of Eating every 24 hrs. Will have to adjust my eating to be able to eat on Thursday at noon, luncheon at work. Maybe I will skip the meal on wed. I wrote a bunch but for some reason I didn’t saved it. 😂 and now I’m just tired. Today’s meal was 2 boiled egg whites, 2 boil eggs, 1 1/2 grill tomatoes, green beans, some mozzarella on top. Couldn’t finish it all. Not sure how much of it I ate. I am charging my fit bit again hopefully it works. Maybe I can start doing some cardio tomorrow if I have some time.
215.7 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 75.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
