Working on maintaining the last couple of months. Needed a mental break. Started running recently and hoping to do a 14k in March.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 86.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
