For South Beachers, I am at the end of Phase One, but SCARED to bring back the bread-it my downfall (along with chocolate). How do you all do it?? I need pointers.
I am down a pound and I worked out all 5 day this week after work. I don't tend to get to do anything on the weekends! Why can't I get my lazy butt out of bed on the weekends????
I am starting the Track Everything challenge this weekend. I think just that will keep me on track, as I won't want to admit to eating anything too bad!
