Wow, I am crawling at this rate...I went down, but only by 0.2 lbs again...
I did eat more than 20 grams of net carbs though, so I will have to watch those carbs. I think I will have to make sure I eat ONLY 20 grams or less.
I find it difficult sometimes to do that though. I get tired of eating eggs all the time because they taste so bland and disgusting....what else is there to eat that has ZERO carbs in it??? Not a whole hill of beans...
