Ok broke down and weighed in and there was alittle lost actually a few pounds I was just to embrassed to record the continue going up line. Very very tender today from the amazing workouts the last two days so I think today is just going to be a walk outside with dogs and maybe some yard work before I go off to work tonight (add in I decided to do my 20 min Turbo as well and feel great for doing it). Can't wait my guy is coming home tomorrow. Just need to keep head strong and pry myself out of his arms and do my workout all weekend as well. lol Well heres to the little blue dot keeping going down!!! Just wish it would get under the 160 mark!!
