Went to a wedding reception / lake party that lasted the weekend with some old college buddies. Fully expected the net result to be that I would gain a smidge, and so I did. Back to the grind; back to the routine; back to losing weight.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
