Did good yesterday. I'm proud of myself. Skipped the mashed potatoes that everyone else was eating. I did grab a nip candy from Crystals dish as I left her office, but other than that I did great. I am determined to do this. I even did better with water than usual. I'm proud of myself. Now if I can just get Noelle on the right track. I definitely don't want my daughter to have to struggle with her weight all of her life as I have. More on that later....
