Starting today on the Fast Track version of BFC. This is not exactly low carb but more like Atkins than anything else. Major difference is that getting your carbs from low sugar veg is the name of the game. There are no grains involved. Check my food journal for a very basic sample day. I am keeping it very simple this week.
